A few of you may be new to the seduction game, some maybe out of practice, while others are just ardent to try new systems. But whether it's learning something new or conquering a fear (and learning the science of picking up women brings its justified share of fears), the key is practice and experience. And did I say PRACISE???
If you do it enough, you'll get better and lose all those worries. How hard could it be, after all? To come back to use a driving metaphor, there is a ton of thick blokes out there driving cars so anyone can learn to drive. Likewise, there is a ton of thick, ugly blokes out there with gorgeous women, so there's no reason for you to fail with them. It’s your turn!
If you have been out of the business of dating for a period of time, you have probably become slouchy, fat and lazy about your appearance. This is the very first thing to sort out, as it is the best and most critical foundation to have.
A new look will make you look more engaging to the choice sex, and lots more and plenty more importantly, give you further confidence.
The gym!
Men who work out spark an interest from women because at an unconscious level they see them as a "better catch" and more able to protect them (blame it on evolution). There's something about going to the gym that might seem vain or shallow to you (never mind hard work) but it will pay off! If you don’t want to join a gym and put your muscles through all that strenuous work then try a sport instead. What about football, tennis or badminton? I would leave squash until you are really fit (we don’t want you keeling over before you get that date with Megan Fox now do we). Get a bike and save yourself money on fares or petrol.
There's no requirement to go for enormous muscles or a six-pack, but your fat will be easily eliminated with just the occasional go on a treadmill. Ladies like someone with powerful shoulders, so work on these tolerably, and similarly with your biceps. But most imperative of all is the gut – don’t have one!!!!
Women always observe the long run prospect of somebody, so if he's got a belly in his twenties, think what a pointless slovenly pile he'll be in ten years time. Working on your stomach muscles won’t do it. These muscles are weak and after all your tummy is covered by fat so having a great six-pack is no good if you can’t see it because its covered in a layer of beer!
Giving up the beer for 2 weeks will also work wonders.
Regular exercise also lifts our mood, as it releases endorphins into the bloodstream – the happy hormones. After a couple of weeks in the gym, you'll feel better, happier and sexier, and will find the women who work at the gym smiling your way a lot more, or at the very least not looking at you like they've just seen your face on the "before" picture for fat-loss pills!
Some seduction guides even suggest talking to ladies between working out, but I'd be wary. Not one of us look deeply dignified wheezing away after a tiring 1.5 kilometre run, and women feel just as self-conscious, particularly as it is the somewhere they are hardly dressed for the single reason and they have no war-paint on. This is not the best place to pull girls!
So my advice is, if you do start chatting with them, make it jokey and equipment-related to start with, and see how it advances. But you should get to meet girls, and if it is near to your local boozer, you'll be in a position to start conversations with fellow fitness center goers there.
Clothes!
Good garments essentially help, but more vital is the indisputable fact that dressing well gives you much more confidence. However, your attire should be current there is no point dressing in clothes that would have been the top style in 1980! Get female friends to help you pick your clothes or any gay men you might know!
Women and gay men will jump at the chance to make you over and once you are their private project they will do anything to get you looking well and hooked up with the nicest looking woman they can find!
